Gunayatan Accommodation & Security Deposit Policy

1. ACCOMMODATION IS RENT-FREE: Gunayatan provides room accommodation to pilgrims and guests completely free of room rent. No daily room charges apply. 2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of reservation to ensure disciplined booking and room upkeep. The default deposit is calculated per room. 3. REFUND OR DONATION: At the time of check-out or eligible cancellation, the guest may opt to receive the full security deposit back, or donate it (partially or fully) as a charitable donation to Gunayatan Sansthan. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are accepted up to 3 calendar days prior to check-in date for full deposit processing. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to sansthan policy. 5. CODE OF CONDUCT: Gunayatan is a revered spiritual pilgrimage centre. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited. 6. IDENTIFICATION: Valid government photo identity (e.g. Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) of the primary guest is mandatory at check-in.
